Kerstin Reichert

Registered nurse anaesthetist, co-managing director of narkose-team.ch GmbH

I am a registered nurse anaesthetist with more than 15 years of experience at renowned German university hospitals. Since moving to Switzerland in 2010, I have worked in various large specialist clinics, including in leadership roles and in vocational training.

I gained far-reaching insight and experience in non-inpatient anaesthesia at the largest outpatient anaesthesia provider in Switzerland. There I learned to combine safety with flexibility and mobility in medical practices and day clinics, and to master the economic and logistical management of an outpatient anaesthesia company.

With this valuable experience, I was already instrumental in founding an anaesthesia company for plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

The opportunity to put my ideas and visions into practice led in 2023 to the founding of our own company, narkose-team.ch GmbH, in which I combine my passion for anaesthesia with my extensive experience.

Dr. med. Gunnar Heller, MBA DEAA

Specialist in anaesthesiology · co-managing director of narkose-team.ch GmbH

I completed my specialist training at the University Hospital of Göttingen (Germany), where I discovered my passion for perioperative cardiac medicine. My focus on cardiac anaesthesiology for adults, children and infants brought me to Switzerland in 2006, where I took on a leading position in which I am still active today.

My fascination with this field stems from its varied demands: applied cardiac physiology, sound emergency management, effective teamwork, respectful communication and empathetic care for patients and their families.

Alongside my medical work, I am also interested in questions of health economics and completed, with distinction and alongside my job, the MBA “Management and Leadership in Healthcare”. This combination of sound clinical experience and business understanding laid the foundation for the vision of working independently in healthcare.

For me, respectful cooperation, medical expertise and a passion for holistic patient care come together ideally under one roof with the founding of narkose-team.ch GmbH.

Our anaesthetists always work together with one of our nurse anaesthetists. They have specialised training in anaesthesia and many years of professional experience.

We respond to the specific needs of our patients with a focus on service and solutions, and in this way support their healing process. This is how we guarantee client orientation, live continuity and make exclusivity the hallmark of our company.

Our shared vision.

Our company, narkose-team.ch GmbH, is a young, modern, dynamic and growing provider in the outpatient anaesthesia market. We, Kerstin Reichert and Gunnar Heller, started in 2023 with the vision of offering our patients high-quality medical care and enabling a positive anaesthesia experience through an individual and empathetic approach.

Our commitment to the highest level of patient safety is reflected in the high-quality equipment of our anaesthesia workstations, the use of the most modern medication and the staffing structure of our company. Our medical staff have many years of experience in all areas of anaesthesia (anaesthesia management, pain therapy, intensive care) and work according to the current state of scientific knowledge.
